Karwar: In wake of anti- dengue month, District health department along with family welfare department and government polytechnic organised a rally to create awareness about the dengue disease. The rally was flagged off by president of Karwar Municipality Standing committee Ganapathi V Naik. 

The rally was undertaken by the students who shouted slogans to create awareness about the dengue prevention and measures. The rally started from Government polytechnic and passed through DC office, Court road, Subhash road, health department office and ended at polytechnic college.

Medical officers,  Principal and staff of the polytechnic college participated in the rally.
