Bhatkal: Rabita society along with Majlis-Islah-wa-Tanzeem has decided to organise a Road Safety and Clean Bhatkal campaign on 31st July at Anjuman Ground. 

Owing to the increasing number of accidental deaths and problems arising because of the garbage and waste, this scheme was launched with an aim to educate the masses about the road safety, cleanliness and hygiene and to rouse the public of their responsibilities. 

Public awareness will be created in schools and colleges. NGO will be started to collect the garbage and to tidy up the city.

In the past, the Rabita Society of Bhatkal was also involved in supplying drinking water, stationing medical camps, educational awards, scholarships for merit students among many other public welfare schemes.
