Bhatkal: The Bhatkal Muslim Youth Federation team (BMYF) under the patronage of President of BMYF, Imtiyaz Udyawar attended a two-day 'Social partnerships and entrepreneurship' workshop organised by Hidayah Foundation Youth Wing at Kolkate of Bantwal taluk.
Keeping in mind the central theme of Hazrat Umar(RA)'s quote, "There is no Islam without a community, and there is no community without a leadership, and there is no leadership without obedience,"this workshop was held where 50 participants from different locations of Karnataka came together to learn about encountering challenges together as a community. Citing examples of Prophet (Peace be upon him) and his companions, the experts explained the participants the necessity of creating dynamic and visionary leaders who can make the better use of creativity in a professional way. Practical demonstration were also held to explain how to overcome the problems on a social level.
Dr. Habib from Bangalore, Mohammad Danish from Aurangabad, , Mohammad Qasim from Mangalorea and Dubai businessman Tanvir Ahmed and other experts mentally trained the youth about the social partnership, the nuances of building leadership to create an impact in society and how to overcome the social barriers and challenges encountered on a personal as well as social level. Organising many games between the participants, training was given to focus on their mental and physical fitness and concentration.
Workshop delegates who attended the training camp were awarded a certificate for their participation. Federation Board Members Mubashir Hallare, Advocate Afaque Kola, Advocate Mohammad Hashim, Panchayat member Syed Ali Maliki, Mutasim Faqui Ahmeda, Sinan Siddibapa, Musab Ahmed Abida, Sidiqque Sada, Rabee Ruknuddin and others were present.
Bhatkal Federation team visited many places during the workshop to witness the social work conducted by Hidayah Foundation like widows and divorced women special colony, residential school for mentally disabled children, sewing training Centre and other excellent services for poor.
