Bhatkal – Four fishermen went missing, while two others were rescued after a fishing boat capsized in the Arabian Sea near the Tenginagundi coast in Bhatkal. The incident occurred at around 3:30 PM on Wednesday.

Manohar Moger, one of the rescued fishermen who is currently undergoing treatment at Bhatkal Government Hospital, said that a total of six fishermen had ventured into the sea from Shirali Alvekodi fishing port around 3:00 PM. Roughly half an hour into the trip, sudden high waves struck the boat, causing it to overturn.
