Bhatkal: Police have arrested two individuals who were allegedly planning to steal mobile phones from tourists visiting Gandhi Falls near Kadsalgadde in Muttalli-Bilalkhand village, Bhatkal.

The arrested have been identified as Mohammed Ameer, a resident of Bilalkhand, and Abdul Rahman, from Badriya Colony.

A case has been registered against them at the Bhatkal Rural Police Station, and the investigation is being conducted under the supervision of CPI Manjunath Lingareddy.
